Internship application form

As an intermediary between the various departments of Hôpital Montfort and educational institutions, the Directorate of University Affairs (DUA) aims to facilitate communication and foster the emergence of a positive learning culture.

All internship requests will be reviewed by the teaching team of the Directorate of University Affairs. Please note that not all internship requests can be fulfilled, but we will do our best to be able to welcome you to the Montfort Hospital.
